Our fearless leader, overseeing all the activities of the organization

VICE PRESIDENT       Elaine Harden

One, who oversees the club meetings when the President is unable to do so and acquires speakers for the meetings.

SECRETARY                Kate Fletcher

Keeps minutes of the meetings and notifies members of upcoming events and meetings.

Keep tabs on the financial records, pays bills and makes sure we are in compliance with the U.A.A.

Our liaison with the UAA. us informed of any NCAA regulation changes and keep tabs on us as a Keeps Booster Club.

Originally from Northern Virginia outside Washington, DC...Annandale, VA

BS Exercise Sport Sciences-Sport Management from University of Florida May 2000

 

MS Exercise Sport Sciences-Sport Management from University of Florida August 2003

 

Did undergrad internships and volunteer hours with the Soccer team and in the Gator Ticket Office

 

Graduate intern in Operations/Facilities Department from 2001-beginning of 2004

 

Hired full time at UAA February 2004

 

Current title: Associate Director Operations, Event Management

Current duties: Assistant Game Manager for all home football games; advance all Football away trips; Visiting team liaison at home Men's Basketball games; Operations for all home Gymnastics meets; used to assist as a Game Manager for home baseball games, but will not this upcoming season (we have shifted some duties in our department); Oversee all outside event rentals of UAA facilities; oversee master calendar for scheduling of events and meetings in most of UAA facilities; oversee UAA janitorial contractor; Coordinate all UAA facility graphic updates and installations; Assist and/or coordinate any facility projects as assigned.
